Unigue manhole cover located in Barborská street, one of the pictoresques lanes of this former silver mining town Kutná Hora, now designated as a world heritage site, protected by UNESCO. During the Middle Ages, the huge deposits of silver uncovered here led to Kutná Hora becoming the most important city in the Kingdom of Bohemia after Prague. That is why the town was awarded by Czech kings by title "Královské Horní Mesto", i.e. "Royal Mining Town". Just this title, together with Coat of Arms of the city is casted in the presented manhole cover.
