Built in 1710, the great bell is 2.5m tall and weighs 3,285kg.
Construction of the Thien Mu Pagoda began in 1601 under Lord Nguyen Hoang, and it was renovated in 1665 by Lord Nguyen Phuc Tan who also contributed the great bell.
The Thien Mu Pagoda (Heavenly Lady Pagoda) is one of the oldest and prettiest religious buildings in Vietnam.
