The station lies on the Merwede-Lingelijn (Dordrecht - Geldermalsen) and is located between Hardinxveld-Giessendam and Gorinchem. The first time this station was opened was in 188 closed in5 and was called 'Buldersteeg'. It was closed in 1934.
