This beautiful waterfall adorns Government Springs Park, an historic site near the original Old Chisholm Trail.

On the south side of the large fishing pond at Government Springs Park, a beautiful waterfall was constructed in 2004 as a Centennial Project. The ground rises up from the water on this south side, with grass and trees. The waterfall is constructed of very large rock slabs which allow the water to flow over five tiers. The height is estimated at twelve feet, with the width approximately eight feet, plus the areas to the left and right which are also natural rock and plantings.
A large cube of rock stands on the sidewalk area to the northwest of the waterfall, with two bronze plaques reading:
