Originally part of the annual abstract art display in Kingsport for 2010, the artist donated the piece to the city who in turned placed it at the renovated community center. "Bridge Bench serves a social need by allowing viewers to climb opposing sides; providing a place for dialogue and unity." Link to Kingsport public art page. However, it does not appear anyone is using for sitting at the carbon steel pieces have a thick layer of rust.
