Bronzová pametní deska z roku 1999 autora Karla Zemana je venována divadelnímu a filmovému herci Karlu Högerovi (1909–1977). Provedení je plastické (písmo i reliéfní portrét hlavy mezi oponami na horní cásti desky). Dílo je signováno vpravo dole na lemu opony "K. Zeman 99".
