Gerringong cemetery is situated on the side of a hill which slopes towards the sea. Graves date from the present to the late nineteenth century with many Irish immigrants interred here. The older graves run East West affording the departed beautiful views of a rugged coastline.
I estimate there would be 600 graves in this well kept cemetery.
