Top plaque "We will not forget -- These boots are a lasting memorial to all of our Prisoners of war and those missing in action; those that were once them can only fill them. Let's not forget their sacrifice and devotion. They will forever be in our hearts and in our prayers." The POW/MIA plaque is below the boots. It is at the beginning of the donated engraved brick memorial area.
