hrdina II. svetové války.
Byl sestrelen v boji s fašisty
5.6.1940 u Amiensu ve Francii.
(Here stood the house No. 110, where on November 26th, 1908, staff captain Otakar Korec, Czechoslovak pilot and hero of WW II was born. He was shot down in a battle with fascist troops on June 5th, 1940, near Amiens in France.
The memorial was erected by Nejdek town together with the civic association "Jde o Nejdek".
