Three-level fountain located in a traffic circle near Barber Marina, where the big boats dock. The first level contains mystical aquatic lions, men, and horses, the second level contains fish. The fountain's third level is Neptune with a trident and dolphin. The fountain is an estimated 30 feet tall.
