This building is on the Ipoh city heritage walk. From this source: the building was constructed in 1931, in an art-deco style, but now houses a beauty products company. 1931 was most likely not the most propitious year in which to dedicate a bank building, but I could find no more about its history. The building looks to be in good repair.
