This multi-story building is found a little to the north of the city centre of the central Malaysian city of Ipoh. The date is found above what is most likely the building name, in Chinese. The building now looks to be semi-abandoned. Some small business working out of the ground floor offices, but the higher levels look to be empty. The building was most likely apartments at one time.
