Ice Center at Cupertino - Ice Skating Rinks on Waymarking.com

This single rink location is integrated into Vallco Mall. It was added to the end of the mall during one of the early renovations, probably around 1979. Many stores have come and gone and the mall has undergone drastic changes (with more on the way), but the ice skating rink has stayed around. You used to be able to sit in the food court of the mall and watch the kids skate, but the food court is long gone. Currenly the only access to the rink is through an outside entrance upstairs near JCPennys. They offer hockey lessons and pickup games at various times in addition to public skating sessions.
