In Boston's Downtown Crossing and Theatre District sections is the construction site for Hayward Place. When completed, this building will be a 15 story tower with 256 new housing units.

Groundbreaking for this building happened on November 15, 2011, with Mayor Thomas Menino and the Millenium Partners in attendance. In addition to the resitential units, the building will have ground floor space for entrepreneurs (whatever that means), and 125 parking spaces below. Completion is expected in 2013.
