Nakhon Sawan is a pleasant provincial capital ~200kms north of Bangkok. In the grounds of the city council offices is a new, impressive, and relatively large Buddhist shrine. Most, if not all, such instrumentalities have a shrine, but this looks to be an impressive example. The shrine is there for staff and visitors to the city offices to pay their respects.
