Nakhon Sawan city is found 200+ kilometres north of Bangkok. To the north of the city is a hill, which has a number of cultural and Buddhist sites, one of these is this wat. It is an extremely impressive structure. The entrance from the carpark is a small building, with a Buddhist statue, but one then walks past this up a set of stairs to a new building. This is the extremely impressive building. I visited on a weekend during Chinese New Year celebrations, so the wat was packed with people.
The wat can be seen from most places in the city, at night it is illuminated. Worth a look.
