The former Commercial Bank was the first brick building in Allora.

The building retains the original Commercial Banking Co. livery on the front window although today it is a dentistry. It is well maintained & is one of the sites on the Allora Historic Heritage Trail. Allora is a small country town on the southern Darling Downs. The surrounding black soil (chernozem) has been measured as deep as 60 feet making the farms highly productive.
