Montgomery Skatepark - Montgomery, Alabama - Skateparks on Waymarking.com

This facility is open to skateboards, bikes, and rollerblades. A fee of $3.00 will let one have all-day access. One bit of trivia is that this was the site where the First White House of the Confederacy was located when it was the residence of Jefferson Davis in 1861.

The rules from the park's Facebook page are:

1. The skatepark staff is in charge at all times.
2. All participants skate or bike at their own risk.
3. Drugs, alcohol, and smoking are prohibited in or around the skatepark.
4. Profanity is prohibited in the skatepark.
5. Food is not allowed in the skating area; drinks in closable, unbreakable containers are permitted in designated areas.
6. No littering; deposit trash in provided receptacles.
7. All participants must eneter and exit through designated areas.
8. No loitering after facility is closed.
9. Know your limits; do not use ramps or rails beyond your ability level.
10. Trespassers will be prosecuted.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension.
