Several local Boy Scout Troops (especially Troop 636) have always been very involved with O'Neill Regional Park.

There is an extensive Split Rail Fence system thru-out the park, nearly all completed by Eagle Scouts!

This portion was completed by Robert S Boud in 2005.

Foxhound alerted Rangers one Sunday that a group with rambunctious kids were "vandalizing" this very portion. The Rangers swiftly intervened - and educated the parents in the "children must be supervised at all times" rule of the park and thanked Foxhound for her continued vigilance in the park.
