IT IS 1.2 MILES EAST OF LONOKE ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 70, 25 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTER OF U.S. HIGHWAY 70 AND CEMENTED IN A DRILL HOLE IN THE TOP OF THE CENTER OF THE SOUTH HEADWALL OF A CONCRETE CULVERT UNDER THE HIGHWAY.
