South 18th street connects Mt Oliver with the Southside neighborhood. At one point of the road, a hairpin curve forces drivers to turn 120 degrees. Rugraff street merges with South 18th street, and the angle with South 18th street is about 40 degrees. A two-story residential house lies in that space between the two streets.
