Located on the north shore of City Lake in the Piedmont Environmental Center 4 feet from the water. Also marked by 4 foot survey marker. Accessible by taking Raccoon Run trail until perpendicular to waymark; then it is an easy bushwhack downhill towards the water's edge on the small peninsula.
