This station once stood on the diagonal corner across the intersection. The city of Rancho Cordova went to considerable trouble to relocate it. It is currently a Regional light rail stop and bus hub.

The building was restored. It is available for rent. Someone tried a coffee shop for awhile but it is currently not active.
The east terminus of this current light rail is Folsom and the west terminus connects to the Amtrak station in Sacramento.
This covers a distance of ca. 15 miles on this leg.
