This bronze statue stands proudly not far from Sox Harrison Stadium and the McComb Fieldhouse on the campus of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.

The bronze statue was sculpted by Jim Prokell, Class of 1972 and cast by U.S. Bronze Foundry & Machine Company whose president is Dan Higham, class of 1970. The statue was dedicated on September 17, 2010 and was a gift from the Edinboro University Alumni Association.
