AT MONTGOMERY, NEAR THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY COURTHOUSE, NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF WASHINGTON AND LAWRENCE STREET, SET VERTICALLY IN THE NORTH SIDE OF THE NORTHEAST CONCRETE COLUMN OF THE COURTHOUSE BUILDING, 42 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH CURB OF WASHINGTON STREET, 35 FEET WEST OF THE WEST CURB OF LAWRENCE STREET, 5 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING AND 1.5 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE GROUND.
