The clock on the bank was erected in the early 1900's and went to the second bank when they merged in sometime in 1970's. Then the Bank relocated to a major hwy in the town but away from the railroad and heart of the town. That bank took the clock with them. Then about 6 years ago the bank closed. The clock found its way back to the heart of town. Now it rests on the Stewart Finance Bldg.
