Located in Tijuana's largest park, this zoo has no particular entrance. Animal exhibits are spread throughout the park and feature some domesticated animals... pigs, goats, deer as well as wild bears, lions, jaguars, tigers, monkeys, birds, a butterfly house. And where else will you see a "xoloitzcuintli"? ...a Mexican hairless dog..sacred to the Aztecs.
The Park and zoo are free although there is a charge if you park in the Park.
Unfortunately the Zoo doesn't have a website...but see this 2002 Los Angeles Times article about how the Zoo came about accidentally: (
