Located in Oppdal (Sør Trøndelag) as one of many top montains with a fabulous wiew over Oppdal and other montains in this area.
You can easy find the top Munkvoll-hovden using map 1520-3 Oppdal 1:50.000. An easy and friendly route for the family to reach the post is to walk from Breen farm (32 V 523837 6943143) along the right side of the brook up to Appelsinhaugen (32 V 523253 6944124). Just there you cross the brook and follw the flat terrain to the position (32 V 522270 6943530, a little stone). From that point you walk right on Sukkertoppen (“sugartop”) Be sure to log your visit in the log-book for this top
