This utiltity box is located on the SW corner of East Julian Street and North 17th Street in San Jose, California. The side facing the street features the face of a blonde-haired woman. The remaining three sides shows birds nestled in her blonde tresses.

The artist, Shove Mink, says the image represents Mother Nature and some of the native birds of Contra Costa county.

The utility can be seen in Google Street View, though the box is seen before it was painted.
