Roses and Lace Bed and Breakfast is housed in the historic Judge Elisha Robinson House. Judge Robinson and his wife Susan built their lovely Queen Anne home in 1890 within walking distance of the old St. Clair Courthouse. The Robinson House actually faces 5th Street South. The B & B owners have made the side of the house be their entrance because parking is available on the side street.
In the late 1980's, the house underwent a restoration and was listed on the National Register 0f Historic Places.
