Surrounding a large sundial outside the Tower Hill underground station, these reliefs were made by John Chitty and Edwin Russell. There are 18 bronze reliefs that depicts specific pieces of London's history in chronoligical order. The first panel shows the founding of London with the Roman conquest in 43 AD. and the last panel depicts the 1982 completion of the Thames Barrier.
