This war memorial plaque was designed and executed by local artist Charles Hanna of Freeport, Pa. The artwork across the top of the brass plaque shows the evolution of armament and fighting styles from 1754 to the recent Persian Gulf war. It is prominently displayed on the Courthouse Annex wall at the upper end of Market Street.
