The University of Nashville

Nearby Vanderbilt University (which the cornerstone is now a part of) can trace its lineage to the University of Nashville, which donated its medical schools to the young university in the 1800s. The cornerstone can be found on Vanderbilt's Peabody campus. It's open to the public and easy to access, behind Payne and Mayborn Halls.
