The simple rectangular brick wayside shrine with roof mede from red tiles. Inside one of niches a picture of Madonna and Child is placed. The wayside shrine is located on the southwest edge of small city Mladá Vožice in South Bohemia. In time of its creation it stood well behind the town next to road to Tábor.
