These coordinates will bring you to two lime kilns adjacent to Lime Kiln Point State Park. Built in 1860, the kilns were used for about 90 years to produce lime used in the production of cement. This massive limestone mining operation saw the whole hillside clearcut and gouged out. The area has since recovered.
