Sri Racha is a small city on the eastern seaboard of Thailand. On the western side of the Municipal Offices of the city is a small park, and on the outside of this park, on a main road, resides this fountain. It is a long, black fountain, backing into the lush tropical park. Water flows out of a set of pipes into a pool, then down a set of steps into a second pool, and then back again.
