From Smithsonian:
"Piece consists of three tubular elements and five disk shaped elements. The disk crowning the top of the piece is folded along the diameter to form a trough. Structurally, the piece is a horizontal bi-pod with vertical appendage extending from the apex. Sculpture rests on four separate bases."
The aluminum sculpture has a resemblance to a children's playground ride.
