This water feature was designed to be an attractive addition to the main entrance to the Highlands Reserve Community & Golf Course.

It was built & paid for by the residents of Highlands Reserve in 2009 at a cost of $30,000.

I dont have any more info, so as a picture is worth a thousand words, I have taken lots of photos.
