A moving bridge over the marina docks entrance that opens and allows the water level to rise or lower via a series of pumps.
Over this -^^- shape is a bridge that automatically seals itself off when the automatic control is activated by the bride.

The bridge is made of what looks like iron and leaks a tiny bit as the photos and looking on googlemaps shows
