Tafarn Y Rhos is located on the B4422 in Rhostrehwfa and is close to the junction with Telford's A5 road.
The inn seems to be popular with locals and passing travelers.
There is quite a modern extension at the back on the building, where a block of new accommodation has been built.
I have only been inside the inn once, a few years ago. It seemed to be quite a friendly place to have a drink and a meal.
If I remember there used to be a ruined windmill behind the inn, but that seems to have been demolished.
