Not much can be found on the Lagro Citizens State Bank. The Indiana year book lists their deposits in total in 1919 at $212,161.70. Also is looks as if it was licensed on Mach 6 1912 but not much else is easily found for this bank's history.
The door way looks to be original from the 20's and the tile at the doorway gives you the feeling of stepping back in time. Its remarkable that it is in such excellent condition. it looks as if it has been a long time since the build has been used as a business.
