This footbridge carries a public footpath over Afon Ogwen.

After crossing the bridge the path carries on through open fields and woodland towards Halfway Bridge (Pont y Pandy), near Tregarth.

The bridge is located very close to the A55 expressway, however the location is relatively peaceful with the birds and the flowing river being the main sounds.

I am quite sure that the bridge has a prefectly good Welsh name, but I have been unable to find any record of it on any maps of the area. I named the waymark 'Shaky Bridge' after a geocache of that name located a few metres from the path.

As with many footpaths in the UK this path is nameless, its just a public footpath.
Trail Name: Public footpath.

Approximate Length of Bridge: 30

Obstacle: Afon Ogwen.

Trail Type: Earthen/Packed Dirt
