Pictured on the sign is a turtle and W'eel Turtle (visit link) , which stands over two stories high and is made up of over 2000 tire rims, is just across the road from this sign.
The International Peace Gardens (visit link) are about 13 miles north at the Canadian Border. Reflecting pools and colorful floral displays in the Formal Gardens make this a popular attraction especially in the summer. There are about 150,000 visitors annually.
The International Music Camp (visit link) is about 12 miles north of here and just south of the International Peace Gardens.
