This fireman sculpture is signed by Boyd Reimnitz of The Statuary in Sioux Falls. The statue is smaller than life-sized and the figure is wearing fire-fighting clothing. He is carrying an ax and a hose, prepared for any fire-fighting task at hand. It is a fitting addition to the Harrisburg Fire Department building and a good reminder of the dedication of the firefighters as they respond to emergencies in the community.
