Built in the 1920s for a half million dolors and owned by Warner Brothers the theater was closed in 1969.

After the theater was closed it was used for a time as a furniture store and the showcase window on the left was used as a comic book shop for a time.

On three different occasions the building has been investigated by "The Oil Region Paranormal Investigation Team" and so far they have found some signs that the theater is indeed hunted (visit link)

The building now houses a conference center/ballroom on their second floor.
