The house was built in the beginning of 19th century and later rebuilt in art noveau style. It was owned by Wetzler and Bálinth families, and the main use was a coffee roasting plant. They were also running a grocery and drugstore wholesale business.
Same as other companies with Jewish owners, it was confiscated during WW II. Currently there is an Irish pub "Prazovna" - "Roasting Plant".
