Cut bench mark on small plaque on the South West face of building. The original cut mark seems to have been covered by rendering, but a copy appears to have been placed close to the location of the original. It is on the corner nearest to the road.
OS website shows it to be 29.6272m above Newlyn Datum, 0.5m above the ground and last verified in 1968.
