Long Description:

The memorial features a figure (Stormin' Norman Pipeline) made of various pipes and valves honoring the 515 Engineer Company (Pileline) (Combat Support). In front of the figure is a plaque inscribed:

'Stormin' Norman Pipeline'

Presented To The Citizens Of Lebanon And Laclede
County On May 4, 1991, For Outstanding Support Of
Troops  And Families During Operation Desert Storm.
