Woodmere Cemetery is part of a clutch of historic, rural cemeteries near Detroit, MI. As you approach the oldest monuments in this 220 acre park along the south side of the lake, you will find the first zinc headstone on your tour to the right.

Woodmere Cemetery is a 220+ acre cemetery in Dearborn, Michigan. It is the largest and oldest in the southeastern Michigan. It's no surprise that this gem of Detroit's golden era is home to 12 unique zinc memorials. Touring these 12 very distinct monuments is a beautiful and exhausting tour of this large campus.
