Long Description:
The Greenwich Observatory charges 7 Pounds to enter the grounds where you can have your photo taken straddling both hemispheres See the waymark at (visit link)

But.... just below the "official" marker...hidden by a wall and gates the Meridien continues and there is just enough room to have your photo taken here too.... and this one is free. Most people don't seem to know about it since few people were here (although the 7 Pound one was crowded). I happened to overhear one of the guides telling some folks about it.
To find it, walk up the hill, when you get to the first part of the Observatory grounds...go back a few steps and look through the gate to your right... the gate swings open..and the Meridien is marked on the wall and ground with a bar and engravings in the cement above it.
